What you need to know before booking

Space Requirements

  • Flat, level surface for setup
  • Additional 3-5 feet clearance around all sides, jumpers and equipment.
  • Clear overhead space (no low-hanging branches or wires)
  • Access path for delivery and setup (minimum 4 feet wide)

Power Requirements

  • Standard 110V electrical outlet within 50 feet
  • Dedicated circuit recommended for larger units
  • Generator rental available if no power source
  • Extension cords provided by Dragonfly Inflatables

Water Requirements

  • Garden hose connection within 50 feet
  • Continuous water supply during rental period
  • Adequate drainage area for water runoff
  • Water service available (Foam Party only)

Weather Conditions

  • No setup in winds exceeding 15-20 mph
  • Rain or storms may require cancellation
  • Extreme heat considerations for safety
  • We monitor weather and will contact you if concerns arise

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Albuquerque allow Inflatables and Foam Parties in city parks?

Yes, but there are a few things required by the the City of Albuquerque. Permits are Required for Inflatables, Amplified Sound and Groups of 50 or more. Rental companies are required to have insurance. Stakes, Spikes and anchors are not allowed in city parks. We use weighted bags that are considerably heavier than typical sand bags, so our equipment is much more secure. Additionally there are parks that have water and electricity. To use those there is a fee. Foam Parties do not require permits but we recommend getting one because they are free and will help avoid any potential issues. Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts to First Responders, Educators, Military, Veterans, Community Organizations, Referrals and Repeat Customers as well as package discounts.

What is your refund policy for Bad Weather?

Cancelations at time of event due to weather will be rescheduled. Light rain, overcast conditions or customers preference does not qualify for cancelation or refund.

All activities must stop during unsafe weather conditions (unsafe conditions includes High Winds 15 MPH or above, Moderate to Heavy Rain, lighting or thunder storms within 6 miles of event location “less than 30 seconds between seeing lightning and hearing thunder”)

Do you require a deposit to book an event?

Yes, secure your appointment by providing a 50% initial payment upfront. Final payment of the remaining 50% is required 24 hours prior to your event.
